What I drink

I keep my beverages simple and very natural.

  • Flat water
  • Mineral water
  • Coffee
  • Raw milk
  • Apple cider vinegar (1-2 tbsp/day)
  • Lemon or lime to flavor waters (ocassionally)

I always avoid drinks with sugar, diet drinks, natural and artificial sweeteners, "natural flavors," or any other flavoring.

Alcohol

I do drink alcohol, which is against my aggressively low carbohydrate diet. I do not think alcohol is healthy, but I have it any way. I would not call alcohol unnatural, which is why I give it a regretful pass. I do recognize that it's not good for me.

I love to have a glass of wine with my wife after dinner. I will drink a few beers or a shot of tequila when I'm out with friends. It's not good but I do it anyway. I feel no difference in drinking wine. Usually I can feel the beer.

I do not recommend alcohol by any means, but I do consume it on occasion and still feel excellent overall. I think in the future I will migrate to no alcohol. For now, I enjoy it.
