My top vegetables

Usually one meal per day has vegetables as a side portion.

Top vegetables:

  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Tomatoes
  • Asparagas
  • String beans
  • Lettuce

Vegetables are my primary source of fiber! The fiber from vegetables feels necessary since I’ve cut off fiber-rich carbohydrates like quinoa, rice, oats, and legumes.

Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about vegetables after I read about anti-nutrients. If you want to dislike vegetables, read Carnivore Cure.

Even though I really enjoyed this book, I decided to not eliminate vegetables from my diet. I simply do not eat them in excess anymore.
