My results
I've experienced a lot of positive results because of my lifestyle change. Let's start with the visuals.

Fat loss and muscle gain
As seen in the pictures above, I lost a lot of weight! To be exact, I lost X lbs (X kg) from my largest documented weight to the "After" photos. This was only 8 months after my lifestyle change. Last updated Nov 3, 2023. This is my biggest weight change of my life.
In addition to losing fat, I gained a significant amount of muscle. I've never had this much muscle in my life (and I used to be really into weightlifting from 2006-2013).
More energy
Feeling tired throughout the day is too common in society. Many people feel tired in the morning, after a big meal, or in the middle of the day.
This used to be me. Feeling tired after a big meal or in the middle of the day was a normal thing. Feeling exhausted at the end of the day was common too.
After my lifestyle change, I rarely have the โIโm tiredโ feeling during the day. Iโm filled with energy and only become tired when itโs time for sleep.
More energy gives me more time for myself, my family, and my work. It also improves my performance and mental state every day.
More focus and brain power
Eating in my new lifestyle is making my mind work better. I feel more mentally performant with the right foods in my body.
Less โbrain fogโ! I never thought I had a problem with brain fog, but after making the change to a healthy lifestyle, itโs clear that I did.
I find myself much more focused in all aspects of life.
Athletically performant
Before my lifestyle change, I was not comfortable doing some athletic activities. If friends wanted to take a hike, or go for a run, or play a sport, I would not be happy about it. I was "out of shape" physically. This was a weird feeling as I have been very active and athletic my entire life.
After my lifestyle change, I'm very comfortable doing any activity. Now I'm the one suggesting the activities! If friends wanted to do something physically extreme, I will be excited and leading the group. I'm ready for any activity at any time because my body is physically ready for it.
Better vision
My Dad had terrible eyes sight and extreme corrective glasses. I certainly inherited some of these genes, as my eyesight is not great and is getting progressively worse.
I needed glasses at age 14 and then I got corrective surgery at age 23. The doctor said I would need glasses again at 40. At 30, I felt my eyes progressively getting worse.
I was having trouble seeing my computer screen and needed to zoom in on everything. I had trouble seeing small text from a normal computer screen distance. It was becoming a challenge for working on the computer.
I was so surprised when my eye sight improved after months of healthy eating. Now I can see my computer screen easily, without zoom applied. I can use low light settings on my devices. And I went from size 8 to size 4 font size on my Kindle.
I feel a huge improvement with my vision. This was a very pleasant and unexpected outcome!
I'm not always hungry!
I used to be hungry throughout the day. I would need to eat breakfast within 1-2 hours of waking up or I would feel terrible. Skipping breakfast, or any meal, was not an option. I would get wildly hungry and feel โoffโ if I did not eat. This was a very unhealthy and demanding relationship with food.
With my lifestyle change, I donโt have the burning desire to eat urges I used to have. I am rarely hungry and I eat when I want to eat. I almost always skip breakfast and it feels great. I can do a 24 hour fast whenever I want. This transformation of my relationship with food has made a positive impact on my life.
Since Iโm not wildly hungry throughout the day, Iโm more flexible with when I eat and if I eat, which allows me to continue my focus without breaking for food.
No stomach aches after eating
For my entire life, I've always considered myself to have a powerful stomach. I could eat a lot of food, handle the hottest spices out there, all with no stomach pain. Never. I had an iron stomach. Then I hit 25 and that changed. By 30, I would get an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach after eating. I felt more "full" than I should be, like I just ate 3x the portion size. This happened most meals and it was very uncomfortable.
After my lifestyle change, I never get stomach pains. When I cook and prepare my food, this feeling does not exist. I can eat a lot of food and feel full, but never uncomfortable.
Overall feeling of being healthy
I love that I feel healthy after my lifestyle change. My day feels healthy, my body feels healthy, my family feels healthy. This feels good.
