Operate well, avoid burnout
Imagine if burnout and poor work performance was mostly caused by the food you eat?
If you put diesel fuel in your gasoline fuel car one time, your car will work and you can drive it. If you continue to put diesel fuel in your car, the engine will stop working. The diesel fuel will slowly destroy the car because the car was not made for diesel fuel.
You are the car and your food is the fuel. Are you going to drizzle diesel or gasoline over your food? Well, hopefully neither.
What if youโre putting the wrong foods in your body?
Throughout my entire life, I have put the right foods in my body. However, I was also putting the wrong foods in my body. For a body to operate at peak performance, it needs the best fuel.
I can operate on an unhealthy diet. However, I can operate much more effectively on a healthy diet.
A healthy diet vs. an unhealthy diet could be the difference between reaching a burnout and safely operating through the year. Diet can influence our mood and add hours of extended energy to our calendar each week. โFeeling tiredโ can be a thing of the past.
Imagine having more energy, a clearer mental state, and a stronger feeling body? If there was a safe pill for that, you would take it. There is no pill, but the benefits are available to us in the form of nutritional foods.
