A very interesting take on why an all-meat or mostly-meat diet is the best thing for you. The author poses a very convincing argument that vegetables are not as good as we think they are. Vegetables contain natural anti-nutrients which are toxins for our bodies. Eating too many vegetables may cause more harm that good. With modern farming practices, itโs possible that vegetables contain additional toxins that our bodies are not made for processing. Note that I do no follow a pure meat-based elimination diet. I have mostly meat, but have a variety of all types of food.
