A very interesting take on why an all-meat or mostly-meat diet is the best thing for you. The author poses a very convincing argument that vegetables are not as good as we think they are. Vegetables contain natural anti-nutrients which are toxins for our bodies. Eating too many vegetables may cause more harm that good. With modern farming practices, itโ€™s possible that vegetables contain additional toxins that our bodies are not made for processing. Note that I do no follow a pure meat-based elimination diet. I have mostly meat, but have a variety of all types of food.
